Delete Account

Permanently delete your Shinwari Jongara customer account. This cannot be undone.

  2. Verify OTP
  3. Done

Enter the phone number linked to your account. We will send a one-time code by SMS.

Also available in the app

  1. Open the Shinwari Jongara app
  2. Go to Profile → Delete account
  3. Confirm deletion

You cannot delete while you have active orders. Finish or cancel them first, then try again.

We remove your profile, addresses, basket, and notifications. Order records may be kept for restaurant records (without your login).
